Privacy Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official Magic World School email within three (3) calendar days from the payment date.

Any approved refund may be subject to:

• Administrative fees
   
• Costs of materials already provided
   
• Payment processing fees charged by payment platforms, which are not taxes nor part of the course cost and are non-refundable
   

No returns are accepted for books, manuals, or physical materials.

Magic World School will process approved refunds within up to five (5) business days.

No refunds will be issued after the three-day enrollment period, nor once the course has started or been completed.

Payments made with international credit cards may be subject to additional fees imposed by the card issuer or payment platform.

Magic World School does not control nor refund such external charges.

Magic World School is not responsible for payments made through third-party financing or installment platforms.

By selecting a payment-in-installments option, the student agrees to the terms and conditions directly with the external platform.

These platforms operate as independent credit providers, separate from Magic World School.

Students may request a course date change before the course begins, subject to availability and an administrative fee.

Attendance at any class session, whether in-person or virtual, constitutes the official start of the course.

If a student misses instructional hours exceeding the limits allowed by the State of Florida, no refund will be issued.

The amount paid may be applied toward future classes for a maximum period of six (6) months, subject to availability.

Students must be fully up to date with all payments to be eligible to take the final exam.

Failure to appear for a scheduled exam will result in the loss of the initial attempt and may require payment of a rescheduling fee.

Exam attempts are subject to DBPR and FREC regulations.

All physical materials provided are non-refundable and non-transferable.

It is the student’s responsibility to collect course materials.

If shipping is requested, shipping costs will be paid by the student.

Magic World School is not responsible for connectivity issues on the student’s end.

If an interruption is attributable to the school, a reasonable alternative will be offered.

Students are responsible for having adequate equipment and internet access.

Magic World School reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to operational reasons or force majeure.

Courses are personal, non-transferable, and non-resalable.

The student authorizes Magic World School to use photographs or videos taken during academic activities for educational and promotional purposes, without financial compensation.

Any dispute shall first be submitted to mediation.

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida, USA.

Magic World School complies with all applicable federal and state laws regarding privacy and communications.

Students may request to be removed from contact lists at any time.
